New Confidence products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@new-confidence.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before production begins. Contact us immediately at support@new-confidence.co.
