Processing Times All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing times may vary during high‑volume periods, holidays, or product restocks. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free U.S. shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders when available.

Order Changes Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items, shipping address, or shipping method. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@new-confidence.co so we can assist.

Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
